⛰️ Arnison Crag

📖 Key Information

Arnison Crag at 433m (1,421ft) is the small, craggy summit directly above Patterdale village, its rocky top giving an excellent bird's-eye view of the village and Goldrill Beck below. Wainwright described it as a fine little fell for an evening stroll from Patterdale, with views across to St Sunday Crag and up Grisedale towards the high fells. The ascent from the village is short and direct. An ideal first fell for children or as a leg-stretcher after arriving at Patterdale for a long weekend.
