Throstlehow Crag at 404m (1,325ft) is a Birkett top above the upper Dunnerdale valley, giving views across the head of the Duddon and towards the Coniston fells. Part of the fell country between Hard Knott and the Wrynose Pass. A remote summit in the upper reaches of the Duddon valley.
