Throstlehow Crag at 404m (1,325ft) is a Birkett top in upper Eskdale, between the River Esk (0.2 km to the west) and Lingcove Beck (0.4 km to the south-east), 2.0 km north-north-west of Hard Knott. Scar Lathing is 0.6 km to the north-north-west.
