📖 Key Information

Beacon Fell at 336m (1,102ft) is a small summit south of Coniston, its heathery top giving good views across the southern Lake District and towards Morecambe Bay. A Birkett summit in the lower country south of the main Coniston Fells. The ascent from Coniston or the surrounding lanes is short and pleasant. Good views of the Coniston Fells to the north and south to the coast.
