📖 Key Information

Top o' Selside at 335m (1,099ft) is a heathery summit between Coniston Water and the Grizedale Forest, giving fine views of Coniston Water and the Coniston Fells. Wainwright included it in his Outlying Fells guide. The views of Coniston Water from this elevated eastern shore are excellent. A pleasant short walk above the wooded country east of Coniston.

🎯 Bonus Birketts within 3 km

These Birkett tops are not Wainwright summits — detour to them on this walk and they are pure profit. Distances are straight-line; allow extra for terrain.
