Kinniside at 375m (1,230ft) is a Birkett fell above the Calder valley in the far western fells, its open summit giving views across the coastal plain and inland to the Western Fells. The ancient Kinniside Stone Circle on the surrounding moorland is a notable feature. A quiet fell with a strong sense of history.
