📖 Key Information

Carling Knott at 544m (1,785ft) is a heathery ridge summit above Loweswater, giving fine views of the lake and the Grasmoor massif beyond. Wainwright included it as a separate fell, noting its pleasant position above Loweswater. The ascent from Loweswater is straightforward. Combined naturally with Blake Fell and Gavel Fell for a Loweswater circuit. The views of Loweswater are excellent.
