Choose the GPX of a Lake District walk you are planning. We find it among our routes and show where else you could start, and which bus serves it. If it is not one of ours, we list the places to park near it.
RoutePark covers the Lake District so far.
✓The file is read on your phone and never sent to us.
RoutePark is in beta: it has not been fully tested yet, so some of it will be wrong or will break. Tell us what goes wrong.
On an iPhone or iPad, a GPX cannot be shared into RoutePark from another app; that works on Android only. Save the GPX to Files, then choose it with the button above.
Or try one of ours
Or see what happens with a walk that is not ours: , or , where we know no parking. To try choosing a file, download a sample GPX: Loughrigg Terrace · The Cheviot.
No GPX yet? Every one of our routes has one to download on its page.
We never say whether anywhere has spaces today: this is what exists, not what is free.
